come celebrate 25 years of eastman raiders football this weekend
We have 2 full days of football excitement ready to go for this weekend’s very special Raiders Days. You will of course want to be there for all of our action-packed home games so please refer to our schedule of events so you can be guaranteed to not miss a thing.
Both days there will be an absolutely amazing silent auction so be sure to stop by and get your tickets for your chance to win a prize. All proceeds go to support the Eastman Raiders Football
Saturday August 29th
10:00 am – Pee Wee – Eastman Raiders vs North Winnipeg Nomads
12:00 pm ** Presentation to Eastman Raiders Founder Paul Beauchamp with special guests, Mayor Chris Goertzen and Carillon News sports editor Terry Frey
12:30pm – Atom – Eastman Raiders Black vs North Winnipeg Nomads
3:00pm – Cruncher – Eastman Raiders Grey vs Transcona Nationals
4:00pm – Cruncher – Eastman Raiders Black vs North Winnipeg Nomads
– Huge inflatable obstacle course for the kids
– Dunk Tank – bring a Tin for the Bin for your chance to dunk the coaches
– Boston Pizza will be there with their Mascot
– Source for Sports will have a table set up
– Bake Sale with scrumptious baked goods (perfect to snack on during game time!)
– Members of the Bisons football team will be there to mingle with guests and players
sunday August 30th
10:00 am – Bantam – Eastman Raiders vs St. Vital Mustangs Black
12:30 pm – Atom – Eastman Raiders Teal vs Greendell Falcons
3:00 pm – Cruncher – Eastman Raiders Teal vs Eastside Eagles Blue
– Huge inflatable obstacle course for the kids
– Dunk Tank – bring a Tin for the Bin for your chance to dunk the coaches
– Boston Pizza will be there
– Source for Sports will have a table set up
– Buzz and Boomer from the Winnipeg Blue Bombers will be on site along with former Blue Bomber great Doug Brown
– Don’t forget to stop by the bake sale to load up on treats for the game
**Presentation time may be pushed ahead by several minutes or late by several depending on outcome and time remaining in the 10:00 am Pee Wee game. The ultimate goal for Paul’s presentation is 12:00 noon on Saturday**
