Google Earth football field location maps:
If you have Google Earth (free satellite mapping software), you may be interested in this download, containing all of the football field locations in the Manitoba Minor Football Association (MMFA). Note: this file has been updated for the 2008 season, to reflect the new field location of the Greendell Falcons.
1. Right-click and save this file: footballfields2008.kmz (Tip: take note of the location where you saved the file. One suggestion is to save it onto your Windows desktop.)
2. Open Google Earth and click on the “File” menu, then click “Open”.
3. Browse to the “footballfields2008.kmz” file, wherever you saved it during step 1.
4. Select the file and then press the “Open” button when you’re finished.
